RETURNS



CUSTOMER FIRST

Requests for full refunds must be submitted by email to contact@lesbeads.com.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received at the specified address provided. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Les Beads Studio reserves the right to decline a return if the above conditions are not met. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

If an item arrives damaged or opened due to our error, Les Beads Studio will cover the return shipping costs.

All claims must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Depending on your bank, the transaction may take 3–5 business days.

For security reasons, refunds will always be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Les Beads Studio cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic wear resulting from normal use and ageing


The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

  • Send an email request for the return to contact@lesbeads.com no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return and order number.

  • You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, Les Beads Studio reserves the right to reject the request.

  • The items should be packaged:

    a) In original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.

    b) With all original labels and packaging.

  • Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to the address provided.



Non-Returnable Products

All sales of items with special discounts, limited-stock pieces from our Archive Sale collection, or products purchased using a promotional code are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Additionally, any item offered as unique or exclusive cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have any questions, you may email us at contact@lesbeads.com, and we will get back to you. Please note that Les Beads Studio reserves the right to reject a return if the conditions above are not met. In such cases, you will be notified by email that your return request has been declined.

*Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Les Beads Studio shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

In the event of having mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested, or received a poor quality product, please contact contact@lesbeads.com We will arrange for a return and/or exchange and Les Beads Studio will cover costs for both shipping and return.

For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.

Returns with unpaid postage or outstanding taxes will not be accepted.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.

TERMS OF DELIVERY


At checkout you will be given the delivery options to choose the one that best suits your preferences. 

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.

Orders are shipped from Spain, where our products are made. Will I be charged handling fees, customs duties, or taxes?

Yes. There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment depending on your country. These charges will be the customers responsibility. Tax and custom charges is dependent on your country law & regulations. Les Beads Studio does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

We are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. If required by local authorities, the postal company may reach out to you for more information such as tax ID for customs clearance.

As we sell direct to customers with no high markups, please be assured that even after taxes, our prices are still the same or even lower than retailers.
