5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products are available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.
As our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and colour display may vary depending on screen settings.
We reserve the right to limit sales by person, geographic region or jurisdiction and to discontinue any product at any time.
6 – ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To place an order, follow the online purchase procedure and select Authorise payment.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been received. The purchase contract shall only be deemed concluded once we send a Shipping Confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, even after an Order Confirmation, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date billing and account information.
7 – PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included and will be added at checkout.
8 – SHIPPING
Our pieces are handcrafted; preparation usually takes 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on destination.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (CET) will be processed the next business day. Public holidays are excluded.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You may request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- With original labels
- In original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom-made or personalised products are non-returnable, unless defective.
10 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
11 – WARRANTY
All products are covered by a three-year legal warranty in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law.
We are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within this period. You must notify us promptly and provide details of the defect.
12 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as is” without warranties or liability.
We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
